CUSTOMER SERVICE

One of the most critical issues facing a bank today is that of customer service.  Many banks in the United States compete in limited markets for local business.  With imaging in place, customer service is vastly improved without any additional staff.  Nearly any customer question can be answered immediately.  There is no longer any need to take down the information, hang up the telephone, search through stacks of reports for the necessary data, and then call the customer back.  The information is all right on the screen.
