Brett joined Preferred Imaging in May of 1999 with the singular
focus of customer satisfaction as the highest
priority. Brett believes this begins with the initial meeting with the
customer and making sure they understand their ultimate goal(s) when
implementing a document management system. One of Brett's goals is
to diversify the sales efforts by introducing document management
solutions to all markets locally and regionally. To assist in this
education, Brett is planning a seminar series to educate companies in
target markets on how to take advantage of and implement document
management solutions in the workplace.
Previously, Brett worked for ImageMax from March 1997
to April
1999. Brett held several positions while at ImageMax
including
Consulting Services Manager and then the Director
of
Sales/Technology. As the Consulting Services Manger,
Brett used
his technical skills to improve daily workflow and
enhance
productivity. Brett's technical abilities allowed him
to excel in the
areas of configuration design and
development/management of
consulting projects. Brett was able to grow the
consulting
department from 4 to 15 employees. He realized the
benefits of
integrating the consulting efforts with the document
conversion
services within ImageMax and was instrumental in
assisting the
General Manager in designing new workflow and taking
advantage
of the existing resources. Additionally, Brett
oversaw the
implementation of document management solutions for
various
government agencies, major universities and
commercial clients.
Brett accepted the Director of Sales position in
September 1999.

covering the
states of Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois. In

with CMG
Worldwide, Inc. As an Account Executive with the

licensing agency representing deceased celebrities
like James Dean,

marketing
strategies and campaigns to ensure the sell of these
trademarks.

computer
gaming industry, such as Sega, Nintendo and Bandai.
As the Director of Information at CMG Worldwide,
Inc., Brett
