NATASHA McDANIEL

Document Capture Manager

Natasha joined Preferred Imaging in May of 1999 providing the

management team with a unique balance of expertise. One of

Natasha's responsibilities is to use her technical skills to engineer

and implement various programs that will allow her to track

accuracy within the production department. Natasha has developed a database to analyze the rates by machine, shift, person, and project. In addition to elevating the productivity and profitability of the department, this information is used to ensure accurate project pricing.

Previously, Natasha worked for ImageMax, Inc. (formerly known as Integrated Information Services) from July of 1991 to May of 1999. She initially was a supervisor in the coding department for a large product liability case. As a supervisor, Natasha designed and

developed tracking databases for different projects, while managing the workflow for the projects. In this capacity she worked closely with management and the paralegal staff.

During 1993 Natasha was promoted to Project Manager. As a

Project Manager, her responsibilities included project planning

sessions with the client, coordinating the workflow with the

production staff, project manual development, status reports,

projections, customer service, outsourcing to other vendors and

invoicing.

In this role, Natasha initially focused on government projects that

expanded her existing paper scanning experience into the microfilm

arena. While working on these projects, Natasha developed

outsourcing tracking mechanisms for both the client and the third

party vendor. Additionally, she developed quality control

procedures to ensure the utmost quality for her clients.

Natasha’s talents in managing workflow and third party vendors led ImageMax to promote her to the role of Co-Production Manager. In this capacity, aside from the internal staff and project management, Natasha managed several off-site scanning jobs. During these off-site projects, she was responsible for training, equipment set-up and maintenance, delivery of data and client communication.

Natasha received her Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the

Franciscan University of Stuebenville. Natasha continues to expand her knowledge in the dynamic imaging industry where the technical specifications require knowledge of a variety of imaging platforms and software applications. Natasha’s achievements in this wide range of responsibilities have given her a broad pallet of skills upon which to draw.
