DOCUMENT IMAGING

For many businesses, a signed Proof of Delivery is the key to being paid.  But having to manually collate and match  up an invoice with a signed Proof of Delivery is not only very time consuming, it is labor intensive and thus very expensive.

With document imaging, the original invoice can be sent  directly to and can be automatically captured and indexed by the imaging system.  When the signed Proof of Delivery documents come in, they can be scanned in with a high speed scanner.  The imaging system then matches up the signature copies with the original invoices.  It also produces a report that lists any discrepancies or missing Proof of Delivery documents.

Once the signature copies have been scanned, they are accessible just like any other image in the system.  They can be recalled quickly and printed or faxed directly to the customer.
