During the initial consultation, Preferred Imaging will work with the client to identify problem areas within the current document system and understand the overall objectives.  The current state of the documents to undergo transformation and the customer's objectives for managing the existing and ongoing  information are two critical areas.

Preferred Imaging will work with all clients in creating a document retrieval solution, which will be scaleable and customized to fit that client's needs.  Whether web based, web managed, or deliverables back in a raw data stream understanding what the client wants is the primary purpose of this portion of the sales cycle.
