Brett joined Preferred Imaging in May of 1999 with the singular focus of customer satisfaction as the highest priority. Brett believes this begins with the initial meeting with the customer and making sure they understand their ultimate goal(s) when implementing a document management system. One of Brett's goals is to diversify the sales efforts by introducing document management solutions to all markets locally and regionally. To assist in this education, Brett is planning a seminar series to educate companies in target markets on how to take advantage of and implement document management solutions in the workplace.
