After two years, Katie was promoted to the position of Project Manager. Katie managed both litigation and commercial projects that ranged from subjective coding to pure data entry. Her
responsibilities included project planning sessions with clients, coordinating the workflow with the production staff, project manual development, status reports, projections, customer service and invoicing.
Katie was later promoted to Data Capture Services Manager where she assisted in developing quality control methodologies to ensure 95% accuracy for all projects. Katie spearheaded the design and
implementation of a repository box tracking system that followed the progress of a box from start to finish of a project. Katie was a team member in the development of a work in progress tracking
system that allowed management to compute production daily by project, task and employee. Katie also assisted in the development of a "Job" ticket, which is a tracking mechanism used for all projects in house to help analyze deadlines and project specifications.
