DOCUMENT REPOSITORY MANAGEMENT

This service allows organizations the ability to store large volumes of converted documents offsite at Preferred Imaging's facility while having 24 hour a day access to any  document in the database.  Trained search and retrieval staff from Preferred Imaging are at the repository to respond to requests for database searches or to assist you in your database searches.  Additionally, full communication and dial-in capabilities allow access to the database and images.  

We use only the most advanced computer hardware and software in a network environment utilizing high-speed printers and work stations.  Upon your request, customized reports are available.
